BrightSign digital signage in Dubai

BrightSign is a commercial media player, not a consumer stick. In Dubai that distinction matters: mall landlords, hotel IT and 24/7 retail windows punish equipment that was specified from a TV aisle. Digital Communication LLC (DigiComm) is the authorised master distributor for BrightSign across the Middle East and Africa, with stock in Jebel Ali.

Which series for which job

Series 6 HD226 and HD1026 cover Full HD interactive and PoE jobs. XD236 and XD1036 are the 4K HDR models used for retail and corporate. XT and XC from the current catalog handle dual-output, 8K-ready and video-wall playback. The XT4-T, listed on our Google Business Profile, is the extended-temperature option we quote when a player sits in a plant room or outdoor enclosure. Consumer playback hardware is not specified for high-brightness windows or roadside sites.

Supply and commissioning

Model selection, BrightAuthor or BSN.cloud setup, network planning, Nexmosphere sensor pairing, and a Dubai-based engineer who can stand in front of the screen. If you already own BrightSign, we support it. If you are starting a chain rollout, we start with one site that is documented well enough to copy.
